Built on landscaped gardens in the centre of Abu Dabour Bay, Concorde Moreen Beach Resort boasts panoramic views of the Red Sea coast.

Best value for money in Marsa Alam

This is my second stay at Concord Moreen and certainly will not be the last one, everything exceeded my expectations, the room was spacious with an astonishing view, the beach was amazing, for relaxing and snorkeling, The staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to help, especially Mr.Saad I highly recommend Concord Moreen

Wonderful

The food was excelent! I didn't expect that quality at all. Lots of vegetarian options too and the selection changed every day. The staff was nice and not pushy, which is great. The room and all of the facility was really clean. It's a smaller hotel complex but that is its superpower. They treat us really well and beyond necesary and I would recommend this hotel to everybody for even few nights. Plus it's not far from the airport.

I don't recommend to go to their italy restaurant instead regular dinner because the food is not that great.

Very Good

The staff were exceptional. They will do everything to make you comfortable and feel well-looked after. The house reef is an incredible dive site. The health of the corals are good and there is plenty of marine life. Good diving for advanced divers too.

The beer tasted like water. After a few days, couldn’t drink it anymore. And the vegetarian food options were very limited.

Perfect relaxing holiday

Second vist to concorde and it was as amazing as the first !! The room was beautiful it was massive, had touch screen controls for house keeping to make your room or not, your own personal WiFi box inside the room which was amazing! The staff made sure I had food as I arrived later on in the evening. The staff everyone was amazing asharf in the lobby bar and the manger in the reception cant do enough for you! The animation are a big part of the hotel not pushy for activies always happy day and night provided shows evenings and daily activities. Restaurant was OK I am a vegetarian and did have to ask the chefs most days if something had meat in as it isn't labelled if it is vegetarian including the salad as sometimes there was meat inside but I did find something to eat every lunch and dinner and the chefs got to know you and would come over to me straight away letting me know if there was meat inside which was amazing!! All the staff are so friendly in the hotel and are always so helpful if you need anything, they are always happy and smiling throughout the day home away from home ????

Good value for money and overall good experience

Big, comfortable and nice family room with sea view The quality and variety of food was quite good (7 days stay) The overall site was well-managed and clean Nice pool Nice garden and the way everything looks from outside Good diving school Good safety for snorkelling with a guard Very nice snorkelling straight from the hotel

Sauna/whirlpool should be free. The condition of some elements was a little run down (for instance, curtains did not flow nicely and got stuck, damaged curtains). These are not really big issues, certainly not for the price we paid, but this could be improved for a hotel with 5-star pretensions. Room cleaning was ok but could be better. Several items were not replaced or cleaned up during our stay. It's not a complaint but an area for improvement. The entourage outside the hotel property was not very inspiring. Just a resort in the middle of nowhere. Staying here for a week is nice. If it is longer, I am unsure if I liked that.

Wonderful

very good and clean room with balcony; there is nice coral and fish at the end of the jetty (but the sea current was too strong for snorkling during the time that I stayed there, so I did dive/snorkel trips via the dive center which was nice); friendly personnel; nice place with some trees and flowers I asked for a room with sea view and (maybe because I was there before) got it, which was very nice. Every morning I could see the sun rise from my balcony. They were also very kind to me in changing my check-out time. I brought a wetsuit, because the water is at its coldest in February. At first I snorkled without wetsuit, but for me it gets too cold after some time. You can also rent a wetsuit from the dive center in the resort.

There is quite hard music near the swimming pools. The majority seems to like it according to the manager. It is easy to escape from it by staying at the beach.

A loooot relaxing

The resort is really nice and clean, with a beautiful beach, the food is good and the staff is super nice. I took a room with the Seaview and it was amazing

If you come here just to relax is perfect, they have also a good spa, but if you want to have more fun, if you want to be with young people, more animation etc, than u may have to change resort

Not the best value for money.

Location is very nice close to abo-dabbab beach. The room was really spacious. The sea and garden view from the room was really very nice.

The hotel is definitely not 5 star. All the facilities, food, staff,.. etc give it a max of 4 stars. The dinner at Baraka restaurant was a huge disappointment where they presented us almost the same food that was offered at the open buffet dinner the same day. The room lacked an iron, refrigerator is very weak, no toothbrush or toothpaste, . No elevator for upper floors. Room service do not reply to phone calls (only reception does). The way food is being presented in the buffet is not suited to be in a 5-stars hotel. The hotel is not children friendly at all. Kids club opens only 4 hour a day on two shifts and not everyday. Beach contains many small sharp edged rocks that really hurts your feet when walking. I don't know if this is the case with all 5-star hotels in Marsa Alam, but what I am sure of is that the hotel can only be a 4-star facility compared to 5-star hotels in Sahl-Hasheish or Hurghada.

everything exceeded our expectations as far as resorts in Egypt go.

Breakfast was great, staff were very accommodating, and the beach was exceptional.

Dinner was not up to par we the breakfast and lunch. We were approached multiple times a day by people trying to sell us services that we weren't interested in. Internet is pretty bad all around, but no one should be online amidst all that beauty anyway.

The location is amazing and the staff are very friendly and the place is so clean.

The buffet don't meet my expectations like another 5 star hotel I stayed in marsa alam, the snack bar at the pool is so poor and with low quality ingredients,the mobile network is horrible, the wi fi in rooms always down but it is good in reception and restaurant and at the pool.

Lovely hotel and resort, the staff there are absolutely wonderful and feel more like family with the water sea side on one side and the mountain on the other it doesn’t get much batter than that. The hotel is very good, snorkeling is fantastic.

The hotel is very good, snorkeling is fantastic. Pools are good as well, also food is good and has good variety the only down thing about food is that the chief is standing on meat dishes and given you a tiny peace by peace and you have to ask for each. The chief animation works very hard to entertain the guest on his own as the rest of the team are very poor. Special thanks to chief animation and Mr. Omar the DJ is the best

The distance is very far away specillay from Cairo it took 8 hours driving. The mosquitoes and bugs are everywhere. The extra charges that everybody has to remind you with it all time. I have requested from reception to daily my check out till 2pm and he said that you will be charged extra, only till 1pm is accepted free which is very odd also he reminded me that i shouldnt eat lunch or i will be subjected for extra charges ????
